About the workshop
Are you interested in growing nutrient-dense, mineral-balanced food?
During this engaging, hands-on workshop you will be introduced to the ingredients of Solomon's Complete Organic Fertiliser — and learn what each ingredient does.
Together we will prepare a garden bed area with a broad fork, then mix and apply the fertiliser.
You will leave with the knowledge and skills to remineralise your soil and prepare your beds ready to grow great veggies.

Who is it for?
It was great to see the soil mix being made and learning about the different ingredients. I enjoyed watching the garden bed take shape, seeing the various garden tools in action, and enjoyed having a go at using the broadfork.

About the tutor
Paul Ward (AKA Speedy) is a self taught botanist with a passion for soil improvement, fungi and useful plants.
He has conducted workshops at Milkwood, The Permaculture Institute, and for Edible Forest Gardening.
A former vegetable fermenter at The Fermentary and gardener at ASQ Skydancers. Speedy possesses an incredible breadth of knowledge — and likes to share his permaculture, gardening and soil wisdom whenever he can.
